The core is much more than just the abdominals; it is the centre of the body. Core muscles either directly or indirectly insert into your dog’s spine and pelvis and play an important role in stabilising, moving, and protecting your dog.
Core muscles are used every day, the biggest benefit of having strong core muscles is functional fitness – which allows your dog to carry out activities, including those every day to day activities with ease.

- How restrictions in flexibility can affect your dog’s performance

- learn specific exercises to switch on your dog’s Core and develop balanced, strong, yet flexible muscles – improving your dog’s performance in whatever they do
- measure flexibility and balance with CCA assessments
- recognise restrictions and fine-tune with specific exercises
- learn about common imbalances and how injury changes soft tissue
- learn exercises to flex your dog in all directions safely
- strengthening your dog from the inside out
- free muscular health check for your dog on the day
Courses can be specific to Sports i.e. Flyball / Agility / Working / Canicross / Obedience / Show & Pet dogs.
